Shockingly bad service. I gave them every detail they needed plus a deposit, yet they kept giving me fake installation dates. They wasted 6 weeks of my time with false instructions and empty promises. They didn’t show up, didn’t bother to cancel and every time I called I was given a different excuse. I understand delays can happen in any business, so I cooperated and tried to work with them but they pulled the exact same stunt again today. What made it even worse was their attitude. Instead of apologising or taking responsibility, they became highly argumentative, talking over me, dismissing my concerns and trying to twist the situation as if it was somehow my fault. Every time I tried to explain what happened, they interrupted, acted defensive and showed zero willingness to listen or fix the issue. Their behaviour was arrogant, rude and completely unprofessional; not what any paying customer should ever have to deal with. I have now taken my deposit back and will not be using their services again. No customer should ever be treated this poorly. Their behaviour has been consistently unprofessional, disrespectful and shows zero regard for customers’ time. I strongly advise avoiding this business.

Got there Saturday morning at 11.15 am the website says closes at 12.  I needed 2 pieces of perspex cut. A bloke in one of their utes out front called in because the door was locked.  The answer was come back Monday.  I work near Ipswich so getting there during their hours is difficult.  Needless to say I won't be back Monday or any other day.
